Very nice shot! I like the composition with somehow an overexposure in the background and an underexposure in the foreground, but both being very artistic and well controlled.
I first thought I would have gone b&w for that shot, but after trying it, it doesn't look as nice as with that light yellow-pink overcast that echoes with the bird beak.
